I tried to purchase tickets for a local, annual community music event. We were sent a Residents Discount Code in our council newsletter, but there was no box in the ticket checkout section on the Ticketline website where you could enter a code. I checked their FAQ, but nothing relevant there so tried emailing their customer service - first by completing the online form on their website, but this didn’t have a SEND button, so was unable to submit. I then tried emailing their customer services using the recommended email address, but that bounced back. So glad I haven’t actually been able to to purchase any tickets as I can see already that this company will be nothing but trouble.
