Disgusted that they have kept my booking fees after an event was cancelled due to COVID-19. Not convinced tickets and delivery costs have been refunded in full either, as what they are saying I paid does not correspond with my booking confirmation! They are slow To respond when questioned and don’t provide Satisfactory responses when they do finally answer. I paid for the TicketPlan refund protection but this doesn’t seem to have helped me at all. Fortunately I received my refund swiftly but in their initial email they claimed it would take 90 days for the refund to be processed which seems extortionate - I feel for anybody having to wait that long in this current climate, particularly with furlough/ssp in place!
