My website had gone down after they decided to migrate me to a different hosting package. Live chat provided no resolution, it got escalated and I then got stuck in a very slow (days) e mail ticket chat, with so many of their employees not knowing how to fix it. My website was down for at least a month and there was absolutely no hurry to try to fix it for me. Lost sales, lost communications, lost reputation and they don't seem the slightest bit bothered.
