Very dishonest.
Asked them to cancel my plan and refund me the cost. It took a long time before they came back to me and refunded some part. They confirmed that it's all cancelled only for them to come back with a bill a few weeks ago for the same service that they said was cancelled.
I have contacted them have not received a favourable response yet.
