I have been using TSO host for years. Recently they undertook a CPanel migration which was a disaster.
Serious disruption to business and monel lost.
Support is VERY poor. Migration on a friday and no weekend support!
Support tickets have not been answered over a week and the excuse is that they are busy.
my advice - AVOID this company, they cannot provide critical support to businesses.
