YES - they are closing their doors. Fortunately I saw this coming 2 years ago and moving my hosting before this occurred. However, I left my domains with them and now I worry for my clients.
You treat us badly for so long, you can at least leave with some dignity and ensure that migration goes well without issues.
But for this I worry. You have been useless since the day I decided to use you.
