Ordered on 30/12/2020 and still have not received my item. Note, money was taken on the same day!
I received the initial 'Thank you for your order' email, but no dispatch email.
Called customer services four times now and emailed, only to be told three different things (one being my order has been delivered!).
I requested my order be cancelled and a refund be issued over a week ago and still not received the refund.
One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever encountered. Would recommend shopping elsewhere.
