I ordered a Saris bike rack from Ultimate Outdoors but they sent me a fridge. Understand these things happen but the customer service I received was not acceptable and it seemed to me like this is a common occurrence for the company. When i contacted them about their mistake they told me they can't send me out the correct item I ordered and I will need to return the fridge at my local Evri store and go through a refund process. Reading the other reviews here it seems like this will be at my cost as well.
