Customer service has been absolutely shocking. I was promised a refund due to an issue with address. They never cancel order. Following multiple emails attempting to ascertain how and when this would be actioned, I have simply given up as the communication has been so poor. The situation has put me off of the company completely. I'll purchase elsewhere in future.
