PayPal have blocked my registration thankfully. I have read the reviews and if all these people have been scammed the place to get restitution is in the Small Claims Court. You can do it yourself, it only costs £50 and you don't need a solicitor. If what reviewers are saying is true then they will get their money back, plus interest, plus compensation for loss of time and distress caused.
