I've designed a personalised calendar for myself for the last 9 years with no problems. This year I struggled somewhat with the site and ended up with a calendar nothing like I wanted. I contacted them, they gave me some advice and I was able to get the calendar I wanted free of charge. Excellent, and very friendly customer service. Very impressed.
