It's the worst. The product I paid four months ago has not arrived. By asking explanations, the customer service inform me that there will be a delay. Instead of arriving at 12 weeks promised, will reach 30 weeks. At no time did I ask if I'm still interested in the lamp that is already paid. I asked to give me my money more than seven days ago and no one has bothered to answer. I am surprised that the web remains open! :(
