Place an order for 4 bar stools on a Friday, canceled the order the following Saturday, because I was unaware that the customer had to arrange for shipping himself from Ireland to Norway. Was told that this was not possible because the goods were already put into production.!!? The right of withdrawal/cooling off period obviously does not apply to this company. Cynical and dishonest way of doing business. I have complained to ECC. Would have given zero stars if it was possible.
