If I could give 0 stars, I would. Company claim the items are 'custom made' and therefore cannot be cancelled. When the items finally arrive, they don't arrive to your home, but a warehouse in Dublin. You then have to pay to get the items from there to your home. I contacted the Citizens Advice Bureau to check on the legalities of Voga's "you can't cancel because it's custom made" and was informed this is not a reason to not be able to cancel. As such I requested a cancellation, and after being ignored for over a year they have now said "Unfortunately, I can see that the order has been placed via the old trading company Designers Rebellion Ltd which we have no contact with and I am therefore not able to service your request." Please do not give your money to this website.
