I have been waiting over a year for the stone pebbles to go with the Granite Yin Yan solar water feature. Covid was original feasible excuse - but since stones and pebbles become available everywhere at the beginning of this year I have been fobbed off with excuses and refused any money refund as they are 'complimentary" .
Their support is useless and condescending.
They haven't responded to my last e-mail chasing the stones up -
Domt deal with them, they are useless
