Stalling techniques for payment, lies undervaluation and genuine BS, still not had my money, they said I got a digit wrong (mmm seen that on a number of reviews..) also got offered £100 less due to screen burn which I have never heard of or noticed as it was the clearest phone I have ever had, which can be rectified by an app..
Had a number of e mails, after complaining for the 5th time, they said they were waiting for the money to be sent back to them by the bank yet had an e mail from them to say they couldn't pay the money in as details incorrect, that means they never sent it in the first place!!!!!
Don't know what to do now as they have my phone!!
Worst experience ever, they are polite enough on the phone but it's as if they have standard answers. I am sure they are used to saying all of the excuses judging by the reviews and all that I have heard.. They need closing down or at least get a fraud organisation involved
