Everything is always quick and smooth when comes to opening an account and receiving prepaid envelope...... But now when they are delayed with a confirmed and promised payment I constantly receive email saying: sorry for any inconvenience caused, we are investigating, your pay is actually investigated and looked into. But money still not there. Rubbish service. I will never ever use it again. Better go somewhere else, receive £20 less than loose your phone for good.
