The company genuinely try to rip you off. Sent a iphone 12 pro max in mint condition apart from a tiny little mark on the back. They offered me 675 pound for it. They got it. Looked it over and offered me 240 pound! They claimed the back had heavy use. Which was genuinely insulting. The phone had never been out a case! I don't understand how they offered me less than scrap value (which was 280 pound). Avoid company at all costs!!
