Offered £165 for iPhone XR in very good condition as I had always had a screen protector and kept in a case. Took a photo of phone before sending off and now been offered £115 due to heavy scratches on screen. Definitely wasn’t any when sending and DPD agreed when collecting. Now been told it will take 14 days to get phone back. Very unsatisfactory and won’t use again
