Offered £200 less when they received my phone for screen damage that I couldn't see. Tricks along the way, saying if we don't hear from you in 7 days we will assume you accept the offer and transfer the money (awful). I requested the phone back and 11 days later (after paying the return fee) I'm still waiting for the phone to be returned and no one is replying to my emails from customer service. I wrote a review on Trust Pilot which was removed as Webuyanyphone claimed I wasn't a customer, so no wonder they have good reviews on there. I currently feel totally scammed by them, they have my iPhone 12 Max AND I've given them £10 to return it (which it hasn't been). AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Not worth the stress and time I have spent trying to rectify it.
