Wish I had read more reviews. Sent my iPhone in after a pretty decent price was given. I put my phone as Good. No marks etc. and sent in original box. On receipt of the phone they reduced the price by 110 pounds. Apparently due to a faulty screen. They couldn’t tell me why the screen was faulty nor did it match the description of faulty in their terms and conditions. I was also told there was no one I could complain to outside as the industry is not regulated. Basically they give a good price and then seriously de grade the phone and reduce the price. I have had to pay nearly 11 pounds to get it back. They also stealth you into a McAfee subscription through their website. All around cowboys. Do not use
