AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Reduced the offer of my phone by half and claimed screen was ‘considerably marked’ which is a lie as it was in perfect condition. Even if it was damaged it would not cost as much as they reduced it by to replace a screen. And then have to pay £11 to have the phone returned to me. From the reviews this is what they do to most people. Robbing from them. Will be contacting Trading standards
