I sent an as-new iPhone 14 Pro, still with the original screen protector and boxed so the brand new cable— not a mark, scuff or single issue with the phone— it had been used for one month before work issued me a work phone. The phone has been kept in the case and even had the original seal.
I posted the phone, paid for upgraded insurance of £750 and next day delivery with three lots of double wrap.
I was just informed there are slight marks on the screen, which there absolutely isn’t and a revised price of less than £100 than they offered.
The phone was brand new and in perfect condition.
I have now had a chance to review the reviews on here and other websites and it’s clear that they’re intentionally providing a higher price and on receipt of the phone offering a lower price knowing it’s not worth the hassle of returning the device.
The code provided by them showed no makes at all.
This service is a scam, and I am going to write a letter to the trading standards body this weekend as I feel there is anther evidence with this website and other reviews that they’re reading in bad faith.
