Avoid Avoid Avoid!!
Was quoted £431 i phone 13 pro max absolutely mint condition always kept in a case and had screen protector on - i described it as good although it was excellent but it is a used phone so i thought i would play it safe. Sent off to them they came back with a value of £130 as they claimed it had scratches front and back - absolute rip off now having to pay for them to send it back
This company need reporting to someone but not sure who
