Ridiculous company! I was offered £189, so sent my phone which is in immaculate condition (no screen cracks, scratches etc) - They send a 5 second video of them ‘checking’ the phone, but there were literally no chips or anything?! I was then offered £0.00 via email, so I called to check if there was an error in which the girl on the phone then said this was because I put in the wrong model of phone (it was an XR but I put in that it was an iPhone 12 by accident), I said I understood but it was still an immaculate iPhone so surely the offer would be a half decent amount, in which she said she could offer me £10.57 for it lol! I obviously declined but to get my phone back I had to pay £10.57 for them to return it to me!!!! They obviously scam people and bank on people just saying ‘keep it then’ or make money from the return postage fee! DO NOT USE!!!!!!
