I sent my iPhone 15 pro max after being given an estimate on how much it was worth. They received my phone the following day and informed me that I had sent a purple iPhone 12 which was worth £650 LESS. I have never had an iPhone 12 let alone a PURPLE PHONE!
When I contacted customer service I was told that I had to contact previous service provider for the IMEI number… which they couldn’t give me..
This company appears to be scammers..
