Price knocked down listed my phone as good through compare and recycle as the option below this was poor, my device was in good condition and I received an amended offer £100 below the original.
Spoke on live chat and was told they will pay an extra £10.75 even after I explained very good is not an option and that it goes from good to poor.
AVOID using this company clearly happens all the time after reading more reviews.
