I sent a parcel using their QR code 24 tracked - 7 days later it arrived !they sent a message yesterday to say it had arrived - nothing mentioned about damaged parcel - today I received a message to say item not in parcel !!! Terrible company I’m now down £750 DONT USE THIS COMPANY
