Absolute waste of time! My iPhone 12 Pro was in very good condition. It had a relatively new battery replaced 12 months ago and screen replaced 18 months ago. It passed all the diagnostic tests yet during this assessment I was told there were signs of wear on the bevel and back of the phone, which meant the quote went from £286 to £135... such rubbish! I can get more from Apple trade-in. I will only trust apple going forward, should never have wasted my time with this nonsense site. I have requested the phone to be sent back.
