Do not send your phone here. My phone was what i would describe as good condition, a slight scuff at the bottom chassis and a 2-3 light surface scratches on the screen. They said it was covered in scratches, the screen, the bezels, the rear housing. I've had a screen protector on and a case on my phone ever since I've had it! They also tried to say the screen was DETACHED? from the glass. Which puts it down as faulty for £15 value. Dropped from £215. Do not waste your time! SCAM ARTISTS!
