Wish I read the reviews before using this company. They gave me an offer which I was happy with then there was a mess up with them sending the postage pack out. I eventually received a postage sticker that I had to print out. I wrapped the phone well and posted it. I then got a revised offer which was over 90% lower which I didn’t agree to and asked them to return my phone. That was over a week ago and they haven’t responded to any of my emails where I have asked what is happening. I would give 0 rating if I could as they have stolen my phone.
