Offered me £195 plus £15 bonus for iPhone then said it was faulty and not in good condition. Reduced offer to just £15. On complaining, it was increased to £25.10 - no marks or scratches on it. Not faulty at all screen replaced just 3 months ago.
Let’s wait to see how long it takes them to return my phone to me now. Absolutely terrible company who are acting dishonestly. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
