I have sent my phone before Christmas. They have offered a very low price so I've refused it and I asked them to send my device back. A week later they sent me a new email that was claiming they have reassessed my phone and they can offer an extra 9£ for it. I still refused it asking for my phone to be returned. In the end of January after several emails. My phone is still not with me and they just keep repeating it should be with me in the end of this week. This has been going on over a month now. Do Not Send Anything to them!!!
