I sent off my iPhone 7 as webuyanyphone had quoted the highest price of £140.. When they received it ‘quality control’ said the ‘battery needed servicing’ and so they could only pay me £45! The phone was in perfect shape so I asked for it back. I then got another email offering £85. I said I would offer them the chance to pay me £130 deducting a tenner for a battery. They declined. I asked for my phone back saying they had wasted enough of my time. . On its return I got another quote from a reputable company and sent the phone off. They quality checked it, said it was perfect and paid full price. Clearly webuyanyphone just tried to rip me off which is appalling.
