They send me the wrong item. So I returned it. But they refunded me only the item amount. Why do I have to pay round-trip shipping costs? If the returned reason was my fault (e.g. I didn't like the product or changed my mind) of course I have to pay. But they send me the wrong item... It means their fault! I do not understand clearly... Well, sorry, I'm afraid I will not use this shop ever.
