Everything. Got email to say would be delivered on 15\12 I then got another to say 19\12, when I phoned arrow xl on the15th, I got told wardrobe had arrived damaged and I would need to phone Worldstores, who seemed at first clueless.!! They wanted me to re order and I would vet refund when they got other one back! After that was sorted, arrow agreed to deliver chest of drawers today 17\12,, but on checking, I had been sent wrong chest of drawers! Which I cannot get a refund for until they have picked it up!!!
