Pretty much bang on as other reviews say. Promise of a next day delivery, item not dispatched on the day of delivery, customer service lies that it has been dispatched, spent whole day in, called them back, item out of stock and will be delivered 3 days later... Told them to cancel the order. Half an hour later I get an SMS that they have dispatched the order. I'm not going to accept it because I've now ordered elsewhere. I've got a feeling that the saga is far from over. The company is a disaster!
