Having paid for next day delivery on a bed and mattress I was unable to track the order and the bed finally arrived 3 days late having been tagged onto the drivers route. I didn't receive any text or email notifications. The packaging was damaged and it was signed for as received only. On opening the headboard was badly damaged. The mattress arrived the following day. Attempts to get through to customer services failed, how many people can sit for over 40 minutes on hold and emails take at least 72 hours for a response. Today I have waited in once more for a collection that never happened. This company has an impressive website and promises everything you want, sadly its empty promises followed by inconvenience and heart ache - I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone
