ordered a bed and mattress and they supplied the wrong sized mattress! i have called on 4 occasions being on hold for almost an hour each time until someone finally answers. They promised delivery on tow days and nothing. but the despatch managed to come and pick up the incorrect mattress. Which annoyed as they could of easily delivered the correct one at the same time. They have lied continually. Not replied to messages and I would advice anyone never to use them or their sister company sofaworld
