My order, when delivered, was missing the main item. I have spent the morning trying to phone Worldstores but am advised that they have 'technical issues with the system' and to try again 'later'. Needless to say, I have been trying for most of the day. I emailed Worldstores only to receive a response saying my query was being investigated but it would take up to 72 hours... In the meantime, I am wasting my day and time waiting to see if the second item will be delivered today. I am not happy and will not purchase anything from Worldstores in future.
