Ordered next day delivery for a pair of dining room chairs. Nothing arrived.Became concerned when I tried to track my order I was unable to do so as there was an error with the order code I had been given.
No one answers the phones, automated responsive is obviously on repeat as for each time I tried to call (at least10) I was told due to high call volumes I was 3rd in line.
Contacted my bank to get money back. Do not be taken in by their professional website and buy elsewhere!
