At present I'm trying to get ANY form of contact from the Customer Service Dept. of World Stores. 5 phone calls to a recording machine ,that has obviously had it's message recorded from some woman in the other room. In excess of 9 minutes on each call . Facebook message ' instantly replied to' their words Not mine . I'll have to find the definition of instantly again
Tried to submit an email . No good, because you need an order number to complete the form.So if you don't got an order no. sent ,you're in a Catch 22 situation Worst than 3rd
