we ordered a sofa.... Twice the wrong sofa one was sent had time of work for every delivery, eventually got the one ordered which was terrible material and solid as board to sit on, customer services never pick up the phone after so many emails I was able to ask for a refund but then 7 working days later they hadn't refunded so again I was chasing after them for my money. eventually got it but after all the trouble I will never use this company again.
