Ordered my furniture at the end of September, some faulty items which we informed them about the day after, started of not bad with them replying to emails, but took two months for us to have to get them to collect the furniture and give a full refund,they state on their email we aim to reply in 72hours, more like 720 hours and they only seem to work on customer service emails after 9pm in the evening, absolutely shocking customer service,would never order again from them, a lot of hassle , we only wanted replacement parts to begin with,
