Knowledgeable telephone support and great customer service - sending part of the order in advance as plumber waiting. Follow up part swiftly despatched when it arrived in warehouse. Cant complain about any aspect of Sanctuary Bathrooms and whilst the order was placed online, it was a real pleasure to speak to a real person who knew their stuff when I needed to.
