The initial service was extremely professional, and when reporting a fault the replacement was issued quickly, but when trying to return the faulty goods, the service was extremely poor. I have spoken to 3 people and all 3 have stated they would action the necessary paperwork, immediately (3 consecutive days and still waiting).
