I used Sanctuary Bathrooms last year (2020), and they were excellent in every way. Sadly an order with QS Supplies in 2021 was very, very late (over 2-months for simple items, still not completely fulfilled), their service was pathetic, with no wish to fully resolve my enquiries Contacted Sanctuary again, James was incredibly helpful and did what he promised - a special next-day delivery helped completed the job Will use Sanctuary Bathrooms again, customer service at its best
