Staff were friendly and very helpful on the phone. Delivery was very prompt. Just one small problem, which was one of the items was missing from it's bag the fixing brackets for the shower slide rail, making it impossible to fix to the wall. However, after a quick phone call, this issue was quickly resolved and a replacement sent out without any fuss. Would use again as overall experience was very good.
