Ordered a wrong item but did not notice, due to plumber switching jobs a few times, it was a few weeks before finally noticed.
Contacted Sanctuary Bathrooms, they were prompt to reply and offer more then one solution..
Did a return, no fuss and very easy.
Their customer support was prompt and excellent.
