Ordered some tights for Christmas. Never received a confirmation email. They did charge my cc. Items not received so I followed up with the company to find out they have no tracking information! This is unacceptable. Told me to wait 25 days to see if they arrived! Very amateurish. This company appears to be focused on what is easy for them (cheapest) rather than what is right for the customer.
